I love the way she communicates to the participants/audience. I really like her voice it's so relaxing.
I am grateful for the exercises that the teacher was able to share with us like simple breathing techniques that completely calmed my anxiety.
She exhibits mastery of the topic. The way she speaks is calm and animated at the same time, that will make you listen and pay attention to what she is saying.
The teacher provided tips about Mindfulness. She also let us experience meditation to relax our mind and body, which is really helpful.
I like how the teacher carries herself and how she truly practices mindfulness in her life. It shows because it radiates within her.
