Stress, anxiety, and fatigue can be constant companions, which can negatively impact our well-being.  When we align with the slower rhythm of nature, we can rejuvenate our body, revitalize our mind, and renew our emotional state. Connect with your inner experience and ground yourself in the beauty of the tropics and nature.  You will learn various mindfulness tools and cultivate stillness in formal meditation to help you find a harmony in your inner world and be present to your experience of the world.  Mindful movement practices like walking meditation and yoga postures help to integrate your formal practice into your practical, daily routines.

This retreat gives both beginners and experienced practitioners an opportunity to explore and deepen their relationship with silence, stillness, nature of the body, heart, mind and the world. Practice periods will include silent and guided sitting, walking meditation, and Dharma talks. Mindful presence in all activities will be practiced throughout the retreat.

Brother Island gives you both the simplicity, space and freedom to enjoy your retreat in a comfortable and natural way.

This retreat is NOT a silent retreat.

Retreat to be held on a private island.

Open to Everyone.
